This property is situated in the historical town centre of Bologna in an old palace dated 1400. In the middle of the green and in the tranquillity of a welcoming and familiar environment, it is possible to enjoy a peaceful stay. Casa Ferroni welcomes autosufficient or partially autonomous patients.

The structure is housed in a part of the ancient monastery of Santa Caterina da Bologna managed by the Franciscan Friars to accommodate people in distress, later the structure was dedicated to the Hospitality of patients with mental illnesses.

From the Retirement house you can see the beautiful landscape of the Apennines, in the greenery of the town of Monghidoro, a few steps from the town center. The house accommodates patients who are independent and not autonomous.
In each one of our structures, you can choose various living options: in each room there are services and luxury furnishings. There is also a large garden and large rooms where entertainment and recreation activities are carried out.
